Support, train, mentor and coach all employees, engineers, and leaders on Honeywell Operating System principles, processes, and tools as defined in the Standard Implementation Framework. You will provide HOS tools and processes to the Safety Productivity Solutions HOS specialist and leaders. You will engage with the business to ensure continued execution and sustainability of the Honeywell Operating System. You will work across functions to progress the organization through differing gate reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
Work across all functions and levels of the organization to influence organizational and global change
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement change in the organization through use of Six Sigma and Lean principles
Interact globally with other organizations within Honeywell to meet customer needs and drive business goals
20 Training of employees 20 Facilitate review meetings 20 Review of HOS tools 20 Lead Kaizen events & change initiatives 20 Track HOS progress
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, Organizational Development or related field
LSS Green Belt Certification
5+ years of project management experience managing process improvement projects
Master's degree is preferred
LSS Black Belt or Lean Expert Certification is preferred
Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and or Production Processes is preferred
Experience in change management supporting the Lean transformation
Experience leading Kaizen events
Dependability and responsiveness to others
Ability to influence at varying levels of the organization
Ability to independently deliver on complex situations
Ability to lead and motivate high performing teams
Engage, train and coach employees across the business
Ability to define and report out on key performance metrics for areas of responsibility
Ability to develop performance objectives and deliver feedback to the organization
Ability to determine knowledge and competence gaps and enable training and resource support as needed
Excellent business acumen, professionalism, and communication skills (both verbal & written)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
