We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment.
The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Restaurant providing excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards - Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed - Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely manner - Manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and quality control - Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed - Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of food service management, and hospitality industry practices - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proven experience in shift management, customer service, food preparation, interviewing, restaurant operations, and food service - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff members, and suppliers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Proficient in using computer systems for inventory management and sales reporting We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
