Nurse Practitioner Freeport, NY (S Shore of LI)We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in Freeport, NY.
The incoming nurse practitioner must be compassionate, an excellent clinician, and someone who is experienced in women's health.
We have 3 clinics, which the Nurse Practitioner may be traveling between, but initially, the Nurse Practitioner will be covering our office in Freeport.
We offer a variety of services within our multispecialty group, and the incoming Nurse practitioner will be focusing on women's health.
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)About us:

Duties:
Patient exam/evaluations (physical exam, review pertinent medical history/records/imaging) Annual wellness examOrder/review diagnostic testing/labs/bloodworkPerform Pap smears, preferred Colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, removal of IUDDiagnosis and Treatment plan formulationPatient education re:
diagnosis, treatment plan options and lifestyle modificationsTreatments for acute and chronic conditionsDocumentation- timely and accurateCollaboration with the MDs and staff for comprehensive patient careMake phone calls/emails as needed or required for patient careMedication refills as neededRequirements:
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner programNurse Practitioner license in NYWomen's health experienceBilingual in Spanish/English requiredSchedule:
Full timeSalary (range):
$165k-$170k per year
