We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Helper to join our team.
As a Delivery Helper, you will assist in the transportation and delivery of Ikea furniture to our customers.
This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle - Safely secure items in the delivery vehicle to prevent damage during transportation - Follow delivery routes provided by the driver and ensure timely and accurate deliveries - Provide exceptional customer service by delivering items with care and professionalism - Assist with any necessary paperwork or documentation related to deliveries - Communicate effectively with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle - Tips are split between you and driver.
Skills:
- Valid driver's license & able to pass drug test and background check.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers - Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items as needed - Attention to detail to accurately complete paperwork and documentation Job Types:
