$70,000-$85,000 We are seeking an experienced HR/Benefits Manager who is bilingual in English and Spanish, to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ADP WorkforceNow platform, and experience administering retirement accounts.
Responsibilities:
Administer benefits programs, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and HR policies.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Partner with management and other stakeholders to create and implement HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and retention.
Utilize ADP WorkforceNow platform to manage payroll, benefits, and HR-related data.
Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve HR programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/Benefits management.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Extensive knowledge of ADP WorkforceNow platform.
Experience administering retirement accounts.
Knowledge of federal and NY state regulations related to HR and benefits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
