Are you a seasoned HVAC professional seeking a challenging and rewarding career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent HVAC Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
As the HVAC Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee all aspects of our HVAC service operations.
This includes, but is not limited to:
1.
Leading and managing a team of HVAC technicians to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
2.
Planning, scheduling, and executing HVAC projects efficiently and effectively.
3.
Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, cooling, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration units.
4.
Providing technical guidance and support to your team, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and regulations.
5.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
6.
Analyzing and resolving any issues or problems that may arise during the execution of a project.
7.
Ensuring the safety of all staff by implementing and overseeing health and safety protocols.
8.
Developing and managing budgets, as well as forecasting and planning for future needs.
9.
Continually seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following
Qualifications:
1.
At least 10 years of experience in HVAC service management or a related role.
Must be able to go to the office in Freeport, NY from 8:
30-5:
50.
2.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of technicians.
3.
Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning, cooling, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration units.
4.
Strong understanding of HVAC industry standards and regulations.
5.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
6.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
7.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9.
Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
10.
A commitment to safety and a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
11.
Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC or related fields would be an added advantage.
